zeThe deposit into ZA Bank has not arrived. From January 28th until now, the deposit has not been received. The bank confirmed that the funds arrived on February 3rd, but FXTM keeps saying they haven't received it. On the same day, a transfer was sent to another platform, and that platform inquired and informed that internet banks cannot receive wire transfers for deposits, and the funds will be returned to ZA Bank. FXTM has been unable to identify the issue, but the funds have arrived—they haven't been returned nor deposited. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
