Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker EarnTM Capital in Indonesia as planned. According to publicly available information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th Floor, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Indonesia to conduct a physical verification of the broker EarnTM Capital, which claimed to be located at Satrio Tower 16th Floor, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at Satrio Tower, a location situated in the city center of Indonesia, which is an ultra-luxury office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for EarnTM Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After registration, they obtained entry permission.

Due to visitor restrictions, the verification personnel were unable to reach the corresponding floor, and thus could not confirm whether there were clear signage or security measures in the office area of EarnTM Capital. Furthermore, the verification personnel were unable to photograph the reception area and logo of EarnTM Capital, as the corresponding floor is a shared office space.

From the lobby area, as they could not enter the interior, the verification personnel were unable to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Overall, the verification personnel found no actual signs of EarnTM Capital operating at this address.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker EarnTM Capital does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange broker EarnTM Capital in Indonesia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of this broker could be seen, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
