Despite multiple follow-ups and even filing a complaint with the FSC Mauritius, nothing has been resolved. When you ask customer service whether you can deposit, they will say yes, then when you ask whether you can withdraw, they will say that they are fixing the withdrawal system for the past few months and it has not been completed until now... your deposit will be there forever and cannot be withdrawn.

I have tried to withdraw my deposit since October 2024 and they didn’t give it back knowing that my account is verified I sent all documents they asked for. They also have the worst customer service they don’t explain to you the reason of the time it is taking. On January 7th, 2025. They have taken a part of it as inactivity fee while my withdrawal request is still processing and on February 3rd,2025 they took the rest as the second inactivity fee. This broker is full of scam from trading on it till its customer service I would recommend traders to stay away from this broker.
