Yesterday my MT4 account was running smoothly but today im unable to trade and i've tried many possible technical method such as reinstall the apps, restart my router but none of these work. When i goto live chat and ask to make a withdrawal it says you cant withdrawal due to server down and they ask me to change the platform to MT5. All of my balance in MT4 and they doesnt allow me to withdraw the money and how the heck i want to trade?

this broker doesn’t let you make profit. Once you make profit they straight suspend your account and doesn’t let you withdraw any profit. Then just give you a reason of not valid entry then doesn’t explain what’s the problem. profit of 40kUSD and don’t let us withdraw any money.
