I'm a new client with Exante so I can add that the signup process is smooth and straightforward. I got assigned an account manager straight away and managed to submit all of my documents online for verification. The account area is pretty comprehensive, the trading instruments are impressive (over 1M) and I love the sleek look of the web platform. I'll report back in a few weeks on my trading experience.

Exante is a highly well-made, practical, and superior trading app. In comparison to other brokers in the UK, their service price is really inexpensive. The desktop version is excellent for trading, and the support staff responds quickly. I am a happy client with no issues.

Exante stole all my money! I have been their client since 2019. In April 2024 there was an accident in my family my father has an Oncological disease and I tried to Withdraw my money for his treatment, At first I was informed that they do not withdraw money in my bank. I tried to transfer my srocks to another broker. l gave an order to transfer my stocks to another broker but after a long delay in the transfer procedure by Exante, they told me, that I can't allowed to do this, according their internal restricts. I asked them to show this internal restricts, but they couldn't do it. I wrote a letter to ceo Exante Aleksei Kirienko, complaint team, support team and personal manager and explained, that I need money for father's treatment and sent them all documents with diagnosis. They offered me to transfer my money to their account in Honk Kong. I opend the account in Honk Kong and they transfered money to this residence. Afrer it I tried to Withdraw my mone to my bank account, but money returned to my account in Exante Honk Kong. I asked them to show me swift document, but they amswered, that their bank can't provide Swift document, but it is the absurdity!!! I wrote the complience to complience department and CEO Dmitry Kirienko once again after it my money went missing from my account. My personal manager Sergei Krasikov told me, that they tried to transfer money to my bank account once again. After 3 weeks I don't have money in my bank account and I don't have money in my Exante account I wrote email to personal manager about actual status of my money, but there were no answer from him. Exante lies me every day!!! Three months I can't withdraw my money! They spoke with me only through the prrsonal manager, but he is not telling me the truth! I càn't receive any official answer from Exante team! Now I'm writing a claim to regulator!

In terms of breadth of instruments it has been quite good. The ability to trade a quite large variety of fixed income instruments is also a huge plus for me. It's also like my Charles Schwab account. They only offer US bonds and not all of them. And if I want to add some some instrument, usually the support takes care of it. It's better than the competition.

We like the combination of relatively low trading fees, the terminal and the ability to speak to a person. There are different options, but with our account manager we communicate usually by Telegram. It's it's very good. So we're quite happy with EXANTE and I generally recommend it to to my friends who need investment platform.

I've been an EXANTE client for just over a year and so far I'm impressed with their service and the platform. It has somewhat of a learning curve but has a wide range of tools that give me control over my portfolio and accounts. One of the standout features is the range of trading instruments (more than 1 mil). I started with a demo account in May of '23 and moved to a live account a week after that. Kudos to account manager Neil Scott too, he's been very helpful and always willing to answer my questions.

I've only been trading on Exante for a few months but I have no issues so far. Quite impressed with their range of trading instruments the modules available in their desktop platform. I'm also with IB, and while they do have lower trading fees, Exante really measures up. It took a few weeks to learn the platform (I started with a demo account so that helped a lot) but I have a great account manager (Neil Scott, London office) that answered all my questions. So far so good, I'm a happy customer.

What I don't like is that if you go into the support chat it takes the whole screen and can't see where you were in the app to explain to customer support. Also their english could be better and inspire more trust.

Exante is a really good broker if you want to diversify your portfolio, I find it impressive that they offer this many instruments. I've always been a stocktrader, but I am slowly starting to trade currencies - accounts can also be funded in different currencies, a big plus for me.
