on January 27 I entered a Sell on Gold(XAUUSD). The trade was going good and I was in profit but out of nowhere it started slip badly and I was in the negatives, I tried to close the trade but it would let me. The option to “Close Positon” was not there anymore like usual and it kicked me out of the trade once they took all my money. the picture below will show you, I entered at 1928.94 and it kicked me out at 1943.15. Gold never touched 1943 on this day but it says it kicked me out at that position. Gold continued to sell after it kicked me out and I should’ve been in good profit. I’m using MT5 and I placed the same trade using a different broker on MT4 and my trade was in good profit. Can anyone help me out, I just want to try and get my money back back that I worked hard for.
