I was introduced by a friend and joined the Weihui Gold Trading Platform in October last year, depositing $15,000. Last year, I also made two withdrawals. Starting in December, I could no longer withdraw normally, and they forced me to promote the market for hedging. This is completely using the fancy guise of the Hong Kong Gold Exchange to carry out illegal fraud! I hope the Hong Kong authorities fulfill their management responsibilities, eliminate the bad apples, refund the participants' principal, and restore a clean environment for Hong Kong gold trading.

The platform initially promised instant withdrawals, then promised 2-4 hours, but every withdrawal has taken at least 24 hours. My withdrawal from Friday still hasn't arrived. When I contacted customer service, they said my account was profitable, so they wouldn't process the withdrawal. When I pressed further, they said they didn't allow internal/external hedging and that I hadn't done any hedging. When I asked customer service for proof, they couldn't provide any. Furthermore, the salesperson who contacted me initially said that as long as there was no internal hedging, it would be fine. Now that I've opened an account and started trading, the platform is using hedging as an excuse to refuse withdrawals without providing any evidence. They won't even release a $1000 profit, which clearly shows that trading on this platform is a losing proposition.

This fraudulent platform doesn't have internal hedging at all. Even the manager said cross-platform hedging was possible, but now they're restricting my withdrawals because I can't afford it. If you can't afford it, don't play. This is all the promise you made.

Never use this kind of platform. Not only will you be unable to withdraw your money, but they can also make your account inaccessible. These platforms have extremely high authority; once you deposit your money, you'll be unable to find them.

My DEXIA withdrawals of -900.00 USD and -1335.00 USD are still pending and I cannot withdraw funds.

Pepperstone, a self-proclaimed top-tier platform, is a shady operation. At crucial moments, their deposit and withdrawal channels become problematic, whether intentionally or not. They seem to be deliberately designed to cause losses for clients, involving the transfer of funds to illicit accounts, freezing my bank card, and then being pressured into signing guarantees by a man in a hat. I tolerated all of that, but in the end, they refused to compensate me for my losses. After that, they stopped replying to my emails and refused to communicate, only responding with automated, official replies from a chatbot. I urge everyone to be vigilant and hope the platform can help me recover my $22,700 loss.

My total deposits on Exnova stand at $1,960, and through legitimate CFD trading on Crude Oil and indices, my net verified balance reached $2,957.27. On May 24, 2026, at 19:06, the platform deliberately canceled my $2,000 withdrawal request and yandually removed all available withdrawal methods (including PIX in Brazil) from my dashboard. They are now using an indefinite internal review to withhold my funds.
